What's your favorite home cooked meal :)

Hi my blogging friends. In the next 3 weeks my parents are coming to visit from the UK for a month. They are coming out to meet their Great Grandson. Here is a picture of my parents when they were over in 2006.

What i was hoping is if you could all share your faorite recipe. I will need to have menu's for the 4 weeks. I have my favorites, but it would be good to incorporate yours too!

3. In a small bowl mix together the soup and mayonnaise. Set aside. In a 9x13 inch baking dish layer the chicken, broccoli, soup mixture, and cheese. Sprinkle dry stuffing mix over the top and bake for 25-30 minutes.

(I add a bit more cheese b/c we love cheese!)
